On the Passing of His Highness the Former Emir, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani
The International Diplomatic Union presents its sincere condolences to the State of Qatar on the passing of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the former Emir of the State of Qatar.
On behalf of the International Diplomatic Union , its Board of Directors, and its global community, the President extends deepest sympathies to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the royal family, and the people of Qatar. We pray to Allah the Almighty to bestow His mercy and forgiveness upon the deceased and upon all the deceased among the Muslims, and to grant his family patience and solace.
